Once you finish an interview, you will be waiting for a phone call from the interviewee company. Here is my advice, don't give us, there are million reason why they did not call you, don't stick your mind at the reason you are thinking about that you are not qualified for that job.

Before you get in into an interview, remember that first impression is the the last impression. Try to relax, be confident in your answer, and one more thing, don't try to change your behavior while you are talking to people in the interview.

Interview Tip - Don't say I know unless you know much

During interviews, when you are asked about some technology, don't say I know about it very much if you don't practice it, and you know its capabilities, bugs, problems, usage, etc...

Saying I know much means that you are experience in that technology, persons who are interviewing you will elaborate to ask you deep questions that you may don't know their answer, which may reduce your credit during the interview.

Interview Tip - Say I will learn it

When you have an interview, you will be asked about many technologies that you have never heard about, this especially occur when a fresh graduate have an interview. What you have to say in this case?

If you are asked about anything you don't hear about, just say confidently, I've never heard about it, I will check it out on the web today, I have the ability to learn and I will learn it.

Get certified

In IT sector, the more you get certificates, the more you have a chance to keep your job, and to open new doors to your career. When thinking of certificates, think of getting certified with technologies that will be used in the near future, that is, you should anticipate the event.

Don't stick yourself

If you decided to stay a long period at the same workplace, then, don't focus only on company's system, try to get skills outside the work, always be ready for a move, don't stick yourself in one set of skills that makes it impossible to make a move.
